Juicing is an amazing way to incorporate fruits, vegetables, spices and essential super foods into your daily regimen. They are fun to make from scratch using a juice, or blender (make sure to strain with cheese cloth once blended to get a smooth consistency), or buy on the go to bring to school, work, or the gym!
